It consists of 3 stages. It starts with Baby Gym sessions which is a light exercise for the baby to warm up before proceeding to Baby Massage. Hydrotherapy is a form of physiotherapy that uses massage and warm water to assist body movements, strengthen muscles, relax, and help to reduce growing pains. It is safe and fun, wherein the child is facilitated with a floating tube around the neck, and the child is allowed to relax in the water. Just like frogs feeling safe on a lilypad in water, your toddler is safe in hydrotherapy.
